About the antelope Antidorcas marsupialis:

With their long, slender, powerful legs, some antelopes are able to run extremely fast over short distances. They can reach a speed of 90 to 100 km / h and make leaps up to 4 m high and up to 15 m long. Running fast is a vital feature for antelopes, allowing them to escape predators in the African savannas where they live in the open. Some species have also adapted to live in an environment of rocky mountains and cliffs.

The largest number of antelope species are from Africa and some from Asia. Antelopes live in a wide variety of habitats. Most are found in African savannahs. However, some species are more isolated as in the forest.
